Description

Berringa have been producing Australian Manuka honey for over 20 years, and we're offering their high strength MGO or ultra-high strength MGO honey. MGO, or methylglyoxal, is the active ingredient in Manuka that's responsible for its antibacterial properties. Berringa also gives the UMF, or unique Manuka factor. High strength can help with digestive health, colds, flu and sore throats. Ultra high strength is good for all those and can also be used topically for wound care and eczema.

Womens Size Guide

Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
